<title><![CDATA[還是喜歡叫它作薄撐]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>      <a href="http://love_hohodor.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=49110&amp;resource=1792704-pok%20chan.JPG"><img src="http://love_hohodor.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=49110&amp;resource=1792704-pok%20chan.JPG&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></a><br />早前在Muji買了一盒韓國煎餅粉，最近才有機會做。說明書上寫著要加豬肉和洋，我覺的怪怪的，於是決定改用金華火腿絲和生晒玫瑰臘腸片，再加粒。將韓式，變成中式!  <br />小時候，外婆很會做薄撐，咸咸香香，煎得脆脆的。料除了以上提過的，還可以是蝦米、炸菜，叉燒粒、大量段。從來不知道薄的典故，不過應該像廣東小吃吧，總之愛吃就是了。<br />要做薄其實不難，不買Muji的韓國煎餅粉都可以，不過我卻從包裝紙上學懂了:<br />調好的麵漿 (糯米粉，加少許粘米粉)下鑊，壓薄，蓋三分鐘就可以煎出又熟，又香脆的薄撐。<br />原來是要蓋上蓋子的magic 3分鐘!</p><p><br /> </p>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[桂花烏龍Crème Brulee]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>     <a href="http://love_hohodor.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=49110&amp;resource=1759560-DSC01675.JPG"><img src="http://love_hohodor.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=49110&amp;resource=1759560-DSC01675.JPG&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></a><br />曾試過用茶做甜品，但總是茶味不夠，跟茶葉多寡沒關，不過昨晚的桂花烏龍Crème Brulee就空前大成功。</p><p><a href="http://love_hohodor.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=49110&amp;resource=1594522-leave.gif"><img src="http://love_hohodor.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=49110&amp;resource=1594522-leave.gif&amp;mode=preview" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" width="40" height="37" /></a>材料 (4人前)<br />大蛋黃 3隻<br />砂糖 40 g (另預備少許作焦糖面用)<br />鮮奶 100ml<br />滾水 30 ml (泡茶用)<br />桂花烏龍茶葉 (我用散茶葉，份量是將茶袋塞得超滿)<br />Single Cream 125 ml<br />做法<br />1. 先泡茶，並焗至少10分鐘，取出茶包備用。<br />2. 加入茶，用打蛋器混合蛋黃和砂糖。<br />3. 慢火將鮮奶和忌廉加熱，不時拌攪。放入茶包，蓋著焗15-20分鐘。<br />4. 取出茶包，用茶匙壓出留在茶包的奶漿。<br />5. 慢慢將奶漿加進(2)，不時拌攪。<br />6. 用過濾器隔渣，令蛋漿更滑，並倒進焗杯，約七成滿。<br />7. 放入預熱焗爐160C，焗25分鐘。<br />8. 待涼，放入雪櫃，吃前灑上砂糖，用火槍烤成焦糖面。</p><p>小秘方: 發現焗和把留在茶包的液體擠壓出來，是令甜品有茶味的成功秘方。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br /> </p>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[味蕾上的安慰]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>金牛不怕吃得貴，不過很怕吃得貴，但又不好吃。這種心靈上的痛苦歷久不散，我覺得沒良心的餐廳負了我! 上周初，被辜負了，幸好接下來和案內人C安排到已千年沒有光顧的<a href="http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/sr2.htm?shopid=1796" target="_blank">Ole</a>晚飯去。大部分的Tapas都很好，唯獨炸魷魚圈做得不夠好，炸粉的發粉味太重，C覺得太咸。對於澱粉質人，吃西班牙菜，不吃Paella是一個欠缺，雖然已經吃了不少tapas，但是我仍然可以吃清我的分兒，加上一瓶甜甜的Rose，這一晚很飽足。</p><p>   <a href="http://love_hohodor.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=49110&amp;resource=1544797-paella.JPG"><img src="http://love_hohodor.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=49110&amp;resource=1544797-paella.JPG&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></a></p><p>然後周末還要來點自家製，追補一下，好讓星期一可以健健康康上班去。滷牛是用現成的滷水汁，不過煮的時候，跟媽媽的方法，加入薑片、紹興酒和蔗糖，加上準確的烹煮時間，筋部仍然QQ，肉質卻軟熟。其實，我還弄了一客蒸麒麟豆付，不過相片迷失在hard disc裡，不然，可以看到被我片得薄薄的金華火腿!</p><p>     <a href="http://love_hohodor.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=49110&amp;resource=1544818-beef.JPG"><img src="http://love_hohodor.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=49110&amp;resource=1544818-beef.JPG&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></a></p><p>&nbsp;</p>]]></description>
